- Check for the version of IE from Help menu and on clicking About Internet Explorer.
Is it 5.5.and above, if not then click on the link below.
- Click on the Tools menu in the browser. Click the Internet Options. Select the Security
tab. Check the Internet Symbol. Click the Custom Level and then Check the Enable
option of the following.
ActiveX controls and plug-ins.
- Download signed ActiveX controls.
- Download unsigned ActiveX controls.
- Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe.
- Run ActiveX controls and Plugins
Apply the settings.Close the browser and try to login again.
- Add to Trusted Sites Click on the Tools menu in the browser. Click the Internet
Options. Select the Security tab. Check the Trusted Sites Symbol. Click the Sites
Button.Type the URL in the textbox and click on Add.Uncheck the Require Server Verification
checkbox.If the Webserver site is having https in its address then unchecking the
Require Server Verification checkbox is not essential.Verify the Reset Custom Settings
to Low.Click Ok. Then click Close Button and Apply the settings. Close the browser
and try to login again.
- Clear The Cache Click on the Tools menu in the browser. Click the Internet Options.
Select the General tab. Click on Delete Cookies Button.Click OK Click on Delete
Files.Check the CheckBox for Delete all offline content.Click Ok.Apply The Settings.
- Search for WebClientComponent.dll on the Computer and delete all occurences.
- If problem persists then Click Here to download a DLL. Note:Extract the Downloaded Dll
in system32 folder and Register the Dll from the system32 folder.
